GROUND SHIPPING

You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

Orders placed Monday through Friday will typically be received within 3-7 business days.

Weekend and Holiday orders will be shipped the next business day.

To ensure that your package is delivered within the time frame which we advertise, please be certain that your address is correct. 

CHAI-LONDON is not responsible for lost / stolen packages.  CHAI-LONDON does not ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes.

Due to Covid-19 please expect shipping delays.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All international orders are shipped via DHL, and are typically delivered within 7-21 business days from the date that it is shipped. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship packages both DDU and DDP. Packages shipped DDU will be subject to import fees upon collecting their package. For packages shipped DDP, duties and taxes are collected at the time of purchase, and no additional amount is owed upon final delivery.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
