Refund policy

All Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Returns after this time will not be honored for store credit.

All merchandise must be in its original condition with the original sales tags attached.

Defective items must be reported within two days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue store credit.

Any items that have been worn, altered, or washed are not eligible for store credit.

We recommend shipping returned items with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of shipping will not be refunded.

Online orders can not be returned to any stores that may carry CHAI-London products.
RETURN NOTIFICATIONS
Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected and you will be notified via email of the receipt of your returned merchandise and your updated store credit. (Please note this is the email address provided on your original order.)
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like intimate goods and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, accessories or intimates.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returned to sender or refused packages
An order may be returned to sender for one of the following reasons:
- An address is invalid or there is missing information,
- The carrier is unable to deliver your package, or
- The order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
You will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card minus the initial shipping charge.
Refunds
Upon receipt of your returned goods we will inspect the item(s), if the refund is approved you’ll automatically be refunded the initial cost of the item minus the shipping charge to your original payment method. Please allow up to 21 days for your refund to be processed, remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
